Version 5 is ending March 1, 2022
Upgrade to Version 7 to avoid any interruption of service.
As new improved and more secure technologies become available, it is necessary to periodically retire older versions of the software. We will be retiring our first generation (2016) CRS app for Windows to focus our efforts on the more powerful and more secure iOS, Android, and Windows (UWP) apps.
What this means for you
As of March 1, 2022 you will no longer be able to use or upload certificates from the CRS version 4 or 5 apps.
Web access to https://www.crscerts.com/ will continue to be available and is not affected by this announcement.
Upgrade Now
While most companies using CRS have now upgraded to the latest CRS version 7 app for iOS, Android, or Windows (UWP), one or more users in your organization may still be using the old version 5 Windows legacy app. In this case please ensure that all users transition to the latest app before March 1, 2022.
