As we work to improve CRS we also know the security of your client information is critical. To improve security, we have implemented a few new measures in the operation of the system.
First, we have modified the CRS Web (crscerts.com) to use SSL which encrypts the data going across the internet so no one can peek in on the information being sent between you and the website.
The second change relates to how the mobile devices communicate with CRS Web. In the CRS Version 7 apps we have introduced the latest in Web Service API’s which also uses the SSL encryption. This provides a highly secure encrypted data transfer and a more efficient and reliable method for transferring data from the mobile device.
Of course, once the data is on the CRS Web your data is secured and backed up daily.
